GENERAL AUCTION AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To bid and post items, you must be a registered member. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
Once registered, you have an account on the site and a My Area section to manage all your bids.
NOTE: Right now we are accepting sellers who have been “approved” only. Please register, then contact investorinvitational@tropicasa.com to let us know you wish to post a property or properties on our site. We will review your information quickly and contact you for approval.
IMPORTANT: This is an auction venue. Tropicasa Realty is not responsible for the bidder paying for the property or for the seller delivering the property to bidder. We provide the on-line environment that brings bidders and sellers together. Any fees that may be charged in this auction venue are paid for by the seller at the time of sale.
All selling fees are negotiated individually and separate from this venue directly with Tropicasa Realty. Even if your property is currently listed with Tropicasa Realty, a separate contract authorizing participation and submission to the Investor Invitational series and website is required to participate in this program.
